产品介绍：
彩色预染蛋白分子量标准：
1. 该产品包含了从25kDa到300kDa共9种高度纯化并预染的重组蛋白质。
2. 适合作为SDS-PAGE和Western的蛋白质分子量标准。
3. 本彩色预染蛋白质分子量标准已经配制在1×SDS-PAGE上样缓冲液中，直接使用，不要煮沸、稀释和加入还原剂处理。
4. 根据上样孔的大小，本彩色预染蛋白质分子量标准通常每次上样10微升（5×1.5mm胶孔10ul足够），即可在电泳时、电泳后和转膜后观察到非常清楚的蛋白条带。
预染蛋白质分子量标准经非预染蛋白质分子量标准标定，具有如下突出优势：
1. 蓝色和绿色条带在Tris-Glycine，Bis-Tris，Tris-Acetate缓冲体系SDS-PAGE胶其表观分子量基本没有变化。
2. 橙(红)色条带与进口产品变化一致。
使用方法：
1. 室温下解冻后完全溶解并轻轻充分混匀，不要煮沸。
2. 取本产品10µl与实验样品同时进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳；建议有条件的实验室在初次使用本产品时可以根据自身的实验条件和实验习惯通过预实验确定合适的上样量，这样可以节约成本，同时获得效果更佳的实验图片。
3. 未使用的彩色预染蛋白分子量标准保存于储存条件，在4°C可放置2个月。
注意事项：
1. 注意电泳时间，低分子量蛋白可能会泳动出蛋白胶前沿。
2. Westernblot时需要注意小分子特殊性，特别对于小于3kDa的条带，容易穿膜而过。另外建议转膜液不添加SDS，若实验必须使用，使用SDS浓度不超过0.02%-0.04%。
3. 预染蛋白质在不同的缓冲体系下有不同的表观分子量，如果在该缓冲体系中事先用非预染蛋白质标定，可以大致确定蛋白质分子量。
